RIB Altair play/rattle

Hello all,

I’m hoping to find a resolution for the free play I have in my RIB Altair, or even find out if it’s acceptable or not.

I’ve had a rattle in the back for a while now and I can only put it down to the free play that’s occurring in my RIB seat back. I’ll attach a video for all to see. The headrests seem to rattle a ton too but for the life of me I can’t work out how to remove them. Does anybody know how?

Yea, that doesn’t seem right. I have a RIB seat and there’s no play whatsoever. Back to fitter, I recon.

The bed is out of warranty unfortunately so I think that battle would be in vein. Radio up for the time being

Warranty or not, it could even be a safety issue. I’d still have the fitter look at it.
