Hi, I have a VW T6 2016. I had problems with the intake manifold (Code P2006) and it was replaced with a new one. But now I get the fault code P2017. Can anyone help me with a solution to this problem? is it possible that it is the solenoid valve that is broken? Greatly appreciate any help!

Hey, i had a problem with my egr, was leaking, so i already put a new one. Now i start to remove the intake, because i was getting the p2006 code. Can you give me some tips? Cheers Luís

They are the same one - P2006 is generic OBD-code, 16399 is VW equivalent.. 16399 = P2006 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1 - Stuck Closed E.g. in the VCDS scan here https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/31173/

Please post full engine section of the scan - lessens guesswork what engine it's all about. Anyways, usually the fault code indicates missing earth (negative) connection - thus a wiring fault.

Update. EML back on with the P2006 code, stuck closed inlet valves. Back to the garage again!

Update. New inlet manifold fitted but still getting the fault p2006 or p2004 fault codes. Actuator stuck open or stuck shut. Driving fine though. Any ideas?
