Hunteralignment.
Depending on just how far down on Solows you are then it’s possible to get the rear end green, but if you’re really low it’s highly unlikely without adjustable bushes.
Front end is usually possible, but the rear is tricky. For example, if you do fit adjustable bushes and get the camber green...
The guy said it’s hunteralignment. I’m thinking without adjustable bushes and at max height it’s possible to get it pretty close to straight except the camber right?
Rear springs fitted upside down is the most common. Drop links over tightened and loose, they should be correctly torqued. Adjusters left loose. Just heavy handedness in general or lack of knowledge of coilovers. And this so all by so called suspension experts or main dealers. . And don’t get me...

I fitted the solows set at highest and took it for hunter 4 wheels geometry /alignment
the printout showed that there wasn't enough adjustment in the rear arm camber bolts to keep all reading s in the green.
the powerflex adjustable arm bushes give more scope to set the rear to its optimum for...
...Powerflex front and rear, the adjustable rears let you change the camber which cannot usually be done.
With these bushes and full Hunteralignment my rear tyres have done about 8,000 miles and are still showing 6.00mm evenly across the tread. Previously I was getting 5000 miles at best...
...with adjustable rebound if you feel this is justified. All kits in stock available for mail order or fit while you wait with a full hunteralignment and by our fully qualified vehicle technicians. ST are basically a rebodied KW shock in a galvanised body instead of stainless so you really are...
Hi All,
I'm looking to part with my T6 that I have built between April 2021 to date.
Purchased as a panel van, it has since been converted into a well built Rib Kombi/Camper.

I’m glad this has worked out for you! I’ve just had similar works done except for the drop links but it hasn’t changed anything.. so weird. Topping fluid up tomorrow as it needs a tiny bit but I doubt this will do anything. I wonder if it could be the drop links?!
...I now wonder if the T6 noise is a combination of shock/spring/topmount just being a bit graunchy when rotated? A few revs may just create enough vibration in the chassis to help free up the sticky components?
All in I had coilovers, ARB's, top mounts and drop links fitted plus a Hunter...
...was PAS pump related (as mentioned on another thread about this) as like some others I've had similar issues with other vehicles. Today, however, I had new top mounts fitted (and coilovers, arb's and a hunteralignment) and I can twiddle the wheel until my heart's content with no judder...
Old thread but ours is doing this too!
Hold wheel straight and the van will go left, and quite a bit, so it needs holding to the right slightly to drive straight.
New springs, wheels and tyres.
Had dmf and clutch, the aligned and all in the green? I took it back to the garage they said...
