I have a silver van with orange pop top canvas and wanted the orange funky leisure canopy. It was out of stock last year too. I bought the anthracite which has orange guy ropes and tbh I’m glad I did. It’s subtle and works nicely with the orange accents.

Yea, I didn’t really consider this at the time. These reasons come to mind now. Vanshades… - easy to fit and work great out of the box - no need to spend money on a solution that might not work or might not be robust - already carpeted to match my van - thermally insulating - my side ones...

Pleated blinds are cheap as chips on Amazon. Why not fix these behind a ply panel...
