As a follow up on the above, seats with after market swivels can be height adjusted. All you have to do is remember to lift them to swivel.

Just my 2p worth on the OEM swivels. In my van I have a OEM passenger swivel and a drivers seat with height adjustment. Im nearly 6'1 and I measured the height of my seats. Strangely the drivers seat was set to the same height as the passenger seat (within a mm or 2)

Be Aware: if you order a van without the factory bulkhead, you must have Swivel seats. If you have Swivel seats, you cannot specify height adjust or lumbar support! Good old VW!

I've also got California swivels, good side is that they're oem so nice and neat with no rattles and as the previous post says - no extra height Downside is they are expensive and not height adjustable, having said that, I wouldn't swap them
