Hi I purchased the Kufatec retrofit upgrade for the side assist, have any of you experienced a calibration message, VCDS will not let me go any further. please see the scan report:- Im assuming I may have to take this mod to a main dealer for the calibration procedure or am i missing somthing.

It's not possible the T6.1 is a different electrical platform to the T5.1 and T6. The headlights have canbus modules in them that turn the lights on and off. Nobody has made a module/interface to fit T6.1 lights to a PQ25 platform.

Does the Park Assist require VCDS/OBD11 coding once this kit is installed? I've seen a PA retrofit kit from KufaTec that includes a blue coding dongle as well but this kit states they don't supply coding.

Hi, I ordered the Kufatec heated seat retrofit cable on eBay but got no instructions. I emailed Kufatec directly but they said only purchases through the website directly can download instructions. The eBay seller has just stopped responding. Does anyone by any chance have these instructions...

Received a pair of T6 hinges for electric tailgate. As expected they don't fit my T5.1 tailgate. Now waiting for Kufatec's cabling set. And I'm almost ready for install. Didn't find exact info about hinges for T5.1's rear door, so will try to leave my old hinges and try lifting with them first...

Have a look at post #111 in this thread by mr.needs it contains good info with regards to parts required. I ordered them from ebay

On to the scary part 7LA937147/8 T6.1 brackets do not sit well with positioning that came with Kufatec instructions - I guess those would be for earlier modules and brackets. These brackets seem to want to go 4 cm lower… hope the auto calibration forgives me!
