That's the DRL. Does the DRLs work on your H4 headlights? If so, then should work fine on H7s. Check the DRL bulbs are properly inserted. And if they are LED; try turning them 180 degs in case they only work in one position. (positive to positive and negative to negative)

Ahh I have a saved search for Caravelle and shuttle headlights on eBay and every time something new pops up they’re the bloody h4 headlights , suppose I just have to keep checking and keep my fingers crossed!

1) change byte 16 coding from "CD" to "C0" to see if it performs better. 2) if not perfect could try changing also byte 29 from "00" to "60"
