...egr cooler were stripped. Luckily, the thread goes deeper than the screw so made up a longer one with a nut and washer for tightening. Test drive for 45miles was fine; the van even feels more responsive now. Can't say as its exactly discreet though as you can't hide all the cabling to the Tafmet.
