Only just become aware of this. My van is a 2017 102 converted by CamperKing. It ended it's dealer used warranty last month and I put it through it's first (full) service + cam belt at an independent. I've just booked it in for the inspection with Heritage in Bristol. Considering I've had the...

Thought as CamperKing have been going for years and the friends recommending them it would be OK!!! Also looked at campaway campers... Anyone heard of them?
I have as similar setup in my Kombi (twin slider) using the Van-king bed but without the pop top. Also my daily driver (bike carrier etc) and used with a Galli III awning for trips away, long weekends / main holiday etc. Looking forward I would like to do a bit more touring ( 1night stops) so...
Sadly we are saying goodbye to our camperking this week as we’ve upgraded to a motorhome to better suit our family currently. We are therefore selling our rainbow screens windshield and pop top cover. These have been invaluable for keeping cool in summer and warm in winter. They are still in...
...campervan for myself, wife and teenage daughter and totally loved it.
To the point that I am considering purchasing one.
The van had a Camperking conversion which was really impressive but I felt that it could do with some changes
1) the lift up roof bed wasn't very long and the hinge...
Hello from the Scotland!
We bought Minty last month with a full camperking conversion installed. We absolutely love the peppermint, it gets looks and waves constantly!!
Really enjoying all the information you guys have detailed about the ex FPS vans. Going to call VW tomorrow about the...
I think they’re slots for additional fuses.
It made me think why they didn’t just put the main set of fuses in the cupboard, move the battery up a smidge from where it is, and make the hatch slightly bigger in order to easily remove the battery…
My van is going to be converted by Bodans next spring and I can recommend them. They’re in Shrewsbury. I would have gone to CamperKing in Banbury but they didn’t offer the layout I wanted but I was happy with the quality.
I'm struggling with the £650 bit! Wow!
Our 3 fold mattress was £150 ish, drapes over the RnR bed blocking the back window (it's a van, it's not meant to have back windows!) When we get to site all the gear in the cupboards gets moved into whatever awning we take and we leave the bed set up...
Hi AussieMick, we watched the CamperKing video which describes the method you mentioned so it confirmed that we were using body weight and not muscle, which was just as well because we don't have any muscles ;)
My husband will get the top down eventually, but the effort is definitely not...
Picked up our T6 CamperKing on 2nd September. Done 1500 miles in it since then. Mainly one trip up to Fort William and back from Hampshire. Otherwise we drive it at least once a week on day trips.
Hi,
I've got a converted t6(t28 2015 camperking conversion) and it has an awful digital radio signal. Signal keeps periodically dropping (drops out for 30s every 120s on average) even when parked in a built up area. Totally different experience to my 2016 Ford C-max which never drops despite...
Camperking great reviews and have seen some of their conversions, was very impressed by the work
CamperKing - VW Camper Van Hire / VW Camper Van Conversions
...You need to do your research before you part with any cash. Visit Busfest/motor home & caravan show etc and see what’s out there. If CamperKing are the only ones you’ve looked at, it can only get better. It took us nearly 2 years of thorough research before we made a decision. Any good...
...a swb t6.1 with front bench on order and are looking into the best way to use the front bench as seats for the main area too.
We used a camperKing van with the front swivel and have seen the vankraft bracket (preferred).
Have just started to do some research but thought I'd ask anyway as...
