Insulation doesn’t stop things from cooling/heating, all it does is slow down the rate of change. The better the insulation the slower the heating/cooling on either side of the insulation. If insulation was perfect, then a flask of coffee would never go cold & ice would never melt in a cool box.

Within the first year I’m planning on only adding electrics (leasiure battery), windows, insulation/panelling and a rock and roll bed (seats).

...in Henfield. Bilbos do good conversions but only their specific range and no options on the finish of the cabinetry, they also don’t insulate or sound deaden anywhere. Appreciate its subjective regarding the insulation and sound deadening as they aren’t unique in not doing this but worth knowing.
My floor was done professionally without insulation, reason being that any condensation / spillage will find it’s way to the lowest point.
