How did you find tyre wear at this pressure?
I've just had to swap my fronts early for excessive wear on both outer edges suggesting the pressure at 36 was too low for my make of tyre.
I'm trying the new set at 44 just to see if wear will be more even.
...Goodyear Cargo Vector mud and snow tyres including centre caps. Each tyre also includes a TPMS valve that I had fitted to work with 6.1 tyrepressure display. Alloys taken of delivery mileage van and 500 miles were done on them over winter before I put summer tyres on and they have stayed...
For test purposes, stick a few extra psi in the tyre. If it goes quiet, then you know it's the tyre. You could pop some tyre dressing on the tyre and reset the pressure and hopefully that will act as a lubricant and keep the noise away

How often do you check the tyrepressures on your own vehicle?
Answer: like so many drivers, probably rarely and, for example, only before you set out on holiday or when you notice that a tyre has obviously lost pressure.
In...
I run mine 42 on the front due to having the weight of the biturbo engine and 4 motion. I'll keep my eye on the blister situation, thanks for the heads up.
Rears are still pirellis.
Thanks for the response. Got some advice from a Facebook T6.1 group too.
Base van was a Kombi.
Just ever me in it as a passenger but consensus does seem be that something like 45psi all round is best. I haven't noticed any uneven tyre wear with the existing pressures. Visually the front...
T6 or 6.1?
Pretty sure they have different systems, T6 uses the abs wheel speed sensors and tyre rotation, where T6.1 uses actual pressure sensors in the valves.
Have a look at this as it may be of interest to you ?

A valid and useful point regarding pressures. Not many people realised that the Wildpeak 3 has a maximum pressure of 40 psi written on the side wall either...
In the past year I have taken up motorcycle Trial riding. Typical pressures are 6/4 PSI front/rear. When it's particularly wet people...
Geometry and tyrepressures are the fundamental requirements for a good tyre life. If it was me the first thing I would do is get a full laser alignment done. If you can get the vehicle weighed noting overall weight and each axle weight with vehicle in the every day configuration.
Distribution...
I have read a few of the topics already here and they seem different to mine. whilst driving I had a message come up saying tyrepressure had dropped, check and reset pressure. also the sign lit up on the dash. I have checked the pressures and they are still correct, I cannot fine the button in...
Hi,
I have a T6 T32 with full camper conversion. It has 8J x 17" alloys with 215 x 60 x 17 tyres (Michelin Agilis cross climates) Steve at CRS lowered the van by 60mm with Evo Teknik springs and Koni short shocks. What would you all recommend i set the tyrepressures at?
Thanks,
Gary.
With key in a message shows up unable to store tyrepressure? when I start the engine, tyrepressure warning light on as well as the ABS light.
I drive off they go out, I have checked the pressures all ok tried to store tyrepressures gone to tyrepressure store ok then confirm ok
next comes on...
...they weren’t too bad in that respect. My concern was that I had the 3 separate blistered tyres. I always felt like I had to watch the tyrepressures constantly. If it was too soft (38-42) the inside of the rear tyres looked bulged and if it was the right pressure (45 ish upwards) it was...
