That could be up plated though. I would be more worried about the 160bhp map 0n the 5 speed box and the (probably) 102bhp engine. As well as no air con.

A quick Google, if it's the funkydubz van it's a T26 remapped to 160bhp. It'll probably be a 5 speed. That'll be pretty near or over the maximum gross weight with 6 people and luggage/camping equipment. Could be a safety issue for some

You've got 83Hp in a two ton (unladen) van with a huge frontal area and presumably you have £345 spare. For me the conversation ends there! :slow rofl: You can't remap a manual gearbox, you can only remap DSG gearboxes.

Pendle can't solve the problem of the weak 5 speed gearbox, but they map the engine accordingly so that the torque levels are limited to what the gearbox can safely take.

For your engine you'll see that DPF regen heat-up starts at 24.0 grams and then very soon the soot level starts to fall down. Active regen stops at 6.00 grams but driving then light-footed the afterheat still keeps burning soot off up to 3 more minutes. Might get even below 5 grams if you don't...
