Whats the most safest remapped hp i can get out of a 102 Hp 2016 Startline. I dont want to change brakes or gearbox etc

My SWB has the 102 engine (no remap) and 5 speed box. Happily cruises at an indicated 80 and can get above that although it’s blooming loud with wind and road noise then. Doubt it goes past 90 though. To me it suggests the remap is limiting the top end somehow?

As an aside.........my old remapped (Factory 102 bhp) T5 that now has way in excess of 150000 miles on it, is still on the road and hasn't had any major surgery other than a new clutch. Not sure what my T6 will be like at 150000 miles!!

Full service history, Remap from 102 -150bhp. Mileage 150730 (daily driver will go up slightly) V5c no euro status. Found online two different Euro 5 and Euro 6b. ??

I second @Dav-Tec very well recommended remaps, ask anyone who has had a remap done on the forum. I have and its been solid since with no issues at all.

Are you saying they can’t remap a T6, because they did mine no problem at all. If yours is a 102 then maps were mostly withdrawn for these, but that’s not because the ecu isn’t unlocked. Or do you mean you have a 6.1 with Bosch ecu which hasn’t been unlocked?
