No you need an oil cooler. The 180 EGR also has a combined oil cooler and filter.

Egr of 140 does not fit the 180, no rom for it in the back on the 180.

I blanked my egr and fitted a Tafmet on my 180 cfca, done about 10k mile with it no issues with DPF.
