Never had a problem with any i've fitted and all i've ever put on is the rubber washers they come with between the base of the bars and the roof, did yours have anything like that?

I've got the bolt on rail to @Buggirl and have the large rubber washers under the rail and the small ones on top. Not noticed any leaks as yet although when opening the side doors after rain it always does drop a few drips onto the rear seat as the water runs off the roof.

Cheers Matt and @roca was worth the wait if you want a certain spec as I did. I sourced the bottom grill trim from van style half the price of dealer and 2 minutes to change. Glad they could not get it now. Fitted roof rails yesterday so snow foamed and washed of van today to make sure no leaks...
