You would definitely need to get mfsw sorted first.

Looking at a van, it's a T6 66 plate Highline PV, Euro 5. Looking at the pics, it's got cruise on left stalk. It's got a MFSW but no cruise on left. I thought all Highlines were the same with cruise on wheel ? Here.... Auto Trader Vans - New and Used Vans For Sale

UPDATE: we are able to fit and support 5.1 without MFSW. Adding products to the site now!

Kev used his existing T6 buttons so was just a swap of the wheel itself. If you were to fit a MFSW to a T6 without one then you would need to get the wheel coded in and would also need to use buttons from a T6. Finding T6 buttons is the most difficult bit to a MFSW upgrade.

T6.1 Highline flatbottom MFSW. Removed from my delivery miles Kombi, so as new condition. Includes airbag and loom. Can post.
