That looks like a snapped suspension spring. Can you get your hand in with a phone tk take a picture of the spring?

Has any one found a permanent fix for the phone echo and crackly audio, I've tried several cables several phones and still happens, starting to get very annoying. My van is out of warranty so I doubt anything can be done dealer side without me having to remortgage the house just for diagnostics.
