150 is a sensible figure. Well within what tuners recommend as max on the 5 speed drivetrain. My old 102 5 speed was mapped to 180 and didn't destroy itself.

isnt it the same? I have an old t5.1 Caravelle 180 with a brand new engine fitted and in the summer we drove to Corfu and back fully loaded with kids, bikes and stuff. Heading up in to the mountains I did wonder what a 85~100 bhp feels like in a van like this?

...the torque value for bolts 21,22,23 in your attachment. I've just done timing belt kit replacement and fond two contradicting values for those bolts, one of which is 40nm+180° and I feel uneasy to apply such a force for the bolts that going into an engine block without confirmation.
