150 is a sensible figure. Well within what tuners recommend as max on the 5 speed drivetrain. My old 102 5 speed was mapped to 180 and didn't destroy itself.
Bought this in Febuary this year, but it's to big for my needs, it's only been out the box to look at.

I have an old t5.1 Caravelle 180 with a brand new engine fitted and in the summer we drove to Corfu and back fully loaded with kids, bikes and stuff. Heading up in to the mountains I did wonder what a 85~100 bhp feels like in a van like this?
Not much better with my 300w panel tbh! Though I have noticed a bit of an increase in the watts, haven't hit 60w for a couple of months with the low sun!
It's easy enough to DIY it, I've done both of mine at home but didn't use genuine parts, they've lasted several years;

...the torque value for bolts 21,22,23 in your attachment. I've just done timing belt kit replacement and fond two contradicting values for those bolts, one of which is 40nm+180° and I feel uneasy to apply such a force for the bolts that going into an engine block without confirmation. I've bought a 2017 Sportline. It's a 180, dsg which is Euro6b, start stop but has no adblue. Shouldn't it have adblue?
I've spent quit a bit of time searching the Internet and can't work it out.

...This is implied by VW recommending these bolts are replaced each time that are used and by defining the 'tension' setting as a torque (of 180 Nm) plus 45 degrees of rotation (0.2mm stretch).
