Have a Search with ‘tafmet’ If you’ve been running a CFCA for 8 years with an EGR you may have bigger problems, have a Search with ‘CFCA’

Per workshop manual and wiring diagram CFCA engine does not have exhaust temperature sensor 2.

They used to sell on ebay but available here EGR valve simulator with blanking plates for VW T5 with 2.0 BiTDI CFCA engine

I don't think anyone can tell until there's been some with serious miles on it. When I bought my 204 the only Biturbo problems online were the CFCA ones in the T5, now we're 4yrs later and here we are.

Hi @Nam600 Just experienced the P160300 fault. I also have a 2016 T6 180 BTdi CFCA. 10 months on from your post, how is your T6 operating? Did you have to get a ECU replacement or clone?

I wonder how many BiTDI CFCA & CXEB engines have been replaced and rebuilt over the years, and as a percentage across all units sold (not on the road as I bet a lot will have been scrapped due to value v cost). Retro Resus have been doing one a week for years, and when I had my engine replaced...
