Utter crap I'm afraid. I've done 38k in mine all over the place and have literally zero issues with the engine. Your so far off the mark.
Im not going to knock the diesel as they have thier uses but for all the reasons others have mentioned I'm a lot happier I have a Tsi than a TDi.

Don't compare any modern diesel to petrol
The tsi is the only van to buy, bit of course that's biased, but its a fact that most diesel owners won't accept.

I have just bought a 150 TSI one owner 31,000miles that has been mapped with pendel map by the preivous owner and whant to know what makes the the difference between the 204 to the 150 stock engine is it just a bigger turbo or injectors as iv been told that i will never get the same output from...

I'm in need of a uprated clutch for the tsi. Has anyone had a helix or sachs organic clutch fitted? I'm hoping to avoid a very stiff or on/off clutch!

Absolute rubbish.
My tsi is about the most relaxing vehicle to drive that I've ever owned.
Travelled down to the South of France in it loaded to the gunnels with two weeks worth of camping gear.
Oh and yes, it will do well over 140mph on the Autobahn with ease.
Only downside is fuel consumption...
