    Insulation, necessary would you say?

I install insulation into all my vans, I use superfoil, it's thick and sound insulates as well, so cooler in summer warmer in winter, for max longevity I spray corrosion inhibitor into all cavities internal and external and add a polythene vapour barrier to internal before replacing internal...

How to re-insulate headliner and how to fix down since I scrapped the fiberglass molded liner?

...that terrible job of scraping adhesive off the roof again. Since I ripped the fiberglass stuff out I am wondering how I could fix new insulation on and also what best to use. That part is tricky because it is round a bend. For flat you can use firm board type stuff. On the other hand with...

    Windscreen Cover - recommendations

Rainbow screens insulated cover here, fantastic fit and works well. My black van in the summer can get to 45-50 degrees inside (hit 43 degrees in 24 degrees last summer) but with the thermal cover in 32 degrees sun it only hit 38 degrees. Without the cover that would have been 50 degrees or more...

Sliding Door Rubbing Against Side Panel And Wheel Arch

Adding insulation & the Loc8 table to the side door can cause the door to sag under the additional weight. There’s adjustment on the door running gear, you might be able to dial it out.
