If you are planning a route for the cable, spec the exact cable required and check the bend radius - anything approximating a right angle might be a challenge with the kind of sizes we’re talking about here.

When you come to the installation, I would earth to the nearest earth point on the van, rather than route everything back with cable to an earth busbar. Less cable needed, and less voltage drop. For example, if your diesel heater is under drivers footwell, there is an earth point right next to it.

Can you show a picture of how you earthed it please, as I presume like most of the ecoflow videos it not a good idea to use the negative battery terminal to fix the earth cable (black) once routed?
