Yeah they're designed to rip if you try to remove them. If I ever need a new windscreen I'll order another, they're only a few quid.

It’s common for windscreen fitters to discard old ones in the scuttle panel. Is it connected at the other end?

Hello everyone, has anyone experienced rust above their windscreen before? It’s early signs of it but seems to be getting worse. Hopefully the pic helps to give an idea. Just looking to understand how big of a problem this could be and how best to treat/repair. Thanks Dave

They were good with me for my first year. Replaced windscreen with no hassle but their renewal was nowhere near.

Would it then work with a new windscreen as I might be able to get one of them from a local supplier/friend
