The Vangear fit Kombi seat brackets also, you would just remove the single seat to fit, it's just a different cleat/anchor fitment at the bottom. I have the Kombi one, must have linked caravelle by mistake. Everything is sold as a job lot pending payment and pickup .

I reckon this could look a lot more inergrated if it covered the wheel arch completely, and maybe incorporated a cubby above the wheel arch. Obviously this wouldn't work with row 3 seats, but would be good in a kombi. Perhaps the same box on the opposite side, but for storage rather than a sub?

Yes you can! I have! The Ply Guys do various combos which fit behind a Kombi seat. I have the Torridon + Clachan units (which gives me a 1.8m bed - although I take out my seat and have an bed extension cos I’m lanky and extra kitchen module too)...

Have a set for sale, previous owner fitted them last year (before I bought the van) and I removed them to convert it into a camper. Seats are in storage but can go and take pics if anyone is interested.

I have seen someone on here build something like that (for storage rather than a sub) ….. it was @.50 and you can see that it ends up thicker on the rear pillar due to running across front of Wheelarch tub.
