Not on the van, but I had it numerous times on the Superb. If I held the SOS button in for 30 - 40 seconds, it started an SOS call, cancel that by pressing the button again and it reset itself. Eventually got Skoda to admit to an issue and put new software on though.

Welcome @AGfrom83 You've probably figured it out by now but the other is the primary LTE antenna used by the vans data/SOS system. Technically it can still function in an emergency as there are secondary antennas but I suspect any data services will not until it's replaced.

Thanks @roadtripper I’ve found the aerials in the mirrors when I added side assist, and I’ve also caught the cable for the LTE antenna (SOS) on the front middle of the roof. I need to replace the LTE antenna so thought I may as well put a shark fin up there with DAB, GPS, LTE etc
