Hi is this a 6 speed 140 or remapped 102. Any air con ?

Not used VIEZU but I had my van remapped for a week then had it taken off. The map caused the flywheel to shake at 1500-2000rpm Apparently this is common on the 5speed gear box due to not been able to cope with the high torque.

How did the engine/gearbox hold up months down the line? What did you get it remapped too?

I’ve had a Pendle remap on my 102 for almost two years now with no issues at all. If you watch his YouTube videos you’ll see that Martin at Pendle Performance is a straight talking, no bullshit sort of bloke who obviously knows his stuff. :thumbsup:

I believe a Class 4 MOT applies to any van (including a T32) that presents for testing as a camper. So, once conversion is complete, a Class 7 MOT shouldn't be an issue (if, indeed, you consider it to be an issue in the first place :)).

Yo! Just recently purchased a 102 T6 and have been reading alot on this forum about remaps etc so thought I'd join and ask about tuning box. I've tead that remaps for the 102 T6 model arent recommended due to the weak turbo and 5 speed gear box, so have stumbled across 2 tuning boxes...

Hi did you get the problem sorted? As I've just had mine mapped and sounds like it's doing the same as yours.

My EGR was deleted and mapped out by @Dav-Tec and yes, I still have the DPF in place and working as standard…. no issues.

That's important info that will help people avoid making false assumptions (like I did) :thumbsup: My advice would be to update your initial post to add all the above missing details and then ask the mods to remove all the other comments - a clean thread may attract more interested parties.
