Hi guys
I'm being quoted £150 for scorpion S7 tracker and £11 a month subscription. Does anyone have this tracker and can vouch fornit please?
Cheers

Hi all. New to forums and new to T6.1. Getting a full conversion on a new van and want a tracker and dashcam for front and rear. Ideally motion sensing and alert to phone when parked as won’t be outside my home all the time
Have some recommended s5 trackers already and ideally would like all...
Looking at a tracker to comply with insurance needs and it seems that both S5 or S7 Thatcham-certified trackers qualify.
The main difference I can see is that S5 includes driver recognition via a key fob or card that has to be carried separately to the van keys. This presumably allows the...
...once done will be around £57k and looking at build options and will be researching insurance soon.
Just wanted to get a feel of how much a tracker is likely needed to get insurance and/or what annual discount it's likely to add vs without?
Did you have to get one for your insurance? and how...
I recently bought a T32 6.1 SWB Highline camper conversion and would like opinions on whether I should change the alarm/tracker setup installed by the previous owners.
The issues I have are (1) the Starline alarm is sensitive, goes off randomly and monitors every actions doors open/closed...
I had purchased Adrian Flux insurance last week as it was apparently decent cover and the tracker they provided seemed a good solution to price of mind for security
The tracker arrived it a tiny flimsy basic 25mm square unit but after about 10 attempts to get it to come alive no luck . Informed...
Just wondered if anyone had any experience with the GPSBob Mongoose S7 tracker at all.
Looking at it for a cost effective tracker to help with insurance, as it doesn't have yearly fees and is still thatcham approved!
Have been looking at the Ghost / Meta and Scorpion trackers but the yearly...
Anybody out there had any dealings with vanalarm system, comes with tracker, geofence set up,on the app,and door alarm sensors,as many as you need, not hard wired but video looks quite good, seems a good price for what you get..
We can do a meta track alarm immobiliser and tracker but to be honest nothing wrong with the factory alarm on a T6.1 and we can wire this into the MetaTrak immobiliser and tracker
JustKampers last year said I needed to call them and couldn’t just renew, when I rung they said the underwriter now needed a tracker installed or I couldn’t renew, cut a long story short it wasn’t cheaper with the tracker and ended up renewing with the same people (got quotes elsewhere and...
Adrian Flux insurance gave us 2 quotes, one with a tracker and one without. With a tracker worked out about 200 quid cheaper with a tracker supplied by them. Easy to set up and you just need to hide it in the van.
Hi Dan.
Where insurance is concerned, never say never and never say always, but usually an insurer will either require a tracker be fitted as a condition of cover or they won't be bothered whether one's fitted or not. In my experience, it's unusual for an insurer to offer a discount for having...
When I spoke to Adrian Flux they insisted on a tracker (that they supplied) or they wouldn’t insure me..
Their quote was miles off anyway so I went elsewhere.
I’m sure these companies have their reasons but it’s difficult to see the logic when you read about people’s experiences
My Tracker is due renewal next month but they want an arm & a leg.
£400 for 3 years (£150 for 1) plus they are telling me tracker is coming to end of life on the battery which cant be charged: that'll be an extra payment and I am waiting for an answer.
Are there any alternatives out there?
I'm curious, given trackers and dashcams are known power drains, why this isn't powered by the leisure battery?
Far better to be without leisure power than be stranded and unable to start the van?
