chipex paint repair system

I've got a number of scratches and rust spots appearing on my reflex silver VW T6 and am wondering whether it's possibly to do a good job with a touch up kit, whether I should get it done professionally or whether I'm making a fuss about nothing.

I picked this chip up the other day , very small dent on one chip . I've just been told by chipsaway this cant be repaired ? What do you think ? Cheers
