I’ve got a Ravenna blue T6.1 Kombi (shown in the photos). I picked up a ‘black Friday’ discount on a gloss black grill set and what I think is the best of the bolt on [couldn't stretch to a bond on / body shop jobbie] splitters.
I’m just worried the all gloss black front could be a bit much...
Can anyone confirm what parts I'd need to buy to change my black plastic with keyhole handle on my t6.1 tailgate , to a colour coded handle without a keyhole.
As it's electric I'm sure it's easy to swap over no mechanical rods or anything
Hi everyone, my first post here. I'm a thrilled new owner of a Ravenna Blue T6.1 VW van.
I'm in the process of having it converted and have many decisions to make.
I'm unsure about whether to have the pop top roof kept standard black or have it colour coded to match the rest of the vehicle...
Hi all.
Looking for your wisdom.
We brought a t6 edition kombi in cherry Red this summer and have finally got the cash to have a pop top.
I was going to go for black as it would work well with the edition decals but the fitter advised grey as they thought the black would be too dark on the...
I have tried the search but as my wife started the prettying up steps of the van (even before we taken delivery) where is the best place to get these covers ? Ideally I suspect it’s in colour which matches the theme
I know I have seen these items at Camperking HQ place but i would expect they...
Hi all, Currently having a nightmare with the colour coding of my pop top roof.
I had the pop top installed in 2021 and the colour was slightly off from the word go. Unfortunately the pop top had suffered blistering and this was returned to Skyline who had sub contracted the painting out to...
Im after peoples opinions please ,
our van is candy white and the door handles are currently not colour coded. Rather than getting them sprayed white to match the van I'm thinking maybe gloss black. The front bumper grills are gloss black & the Maxton splitter is gloss black so i thought gloss...
hi I’m new to this forum but as previously a member of t4 forum. Now proud owner of lwb t6 in white. Have decided on austops pop top in white...but was considering getting a coloured canvas. I like the orange but was worried it would let the light in and blind me in a morning . Has anyone any...
Hello all
After several years of thinking about it we have finally just taken the plunge and bought a T6 LWB highline DSG in indium grey.
We are booked in for Skyline Aurora pop top in March and deliberating on canvas colour choice.
I quite fancy orange canvas with reupholstered orange/tan...
Hi... trying to find a company that can match the front cab interior to the conversion colours. Ideally want them to put new entertainment system/sat Nav etc and speakers through to back of van too. Picture is of current conversion. Any pointers appreciated and first post on T6 Forum
Hi, I picked up my new T6.1 Highline Panel van from VW Preston last week but the Tailgate handle is black and not colour coded, surely it should be on a Highline?
If somebody could offer some advice on this before I go back to them.
I know it must be possible - more of a request for info on how to do it!
Im also at any moment going to be changing the rear bumper for a colour coded one - so i need to do the parking sensors - best to rattle can these?
thanks in advance
So I bought a set on new 17inch Devonports off @Highline. My intention is to have them powder coated in Blackberry to match the van.
The thing is I've not seen anybody else who has done this so I'm just asking for peoples opinions on whether it would look good or not and if there is any reason...
Just fitted a Golf Mk7 flappy paddle and only panicky moment was getting the surround off, snapped one of the mounts but don't need it as the replacement came with one so decided to paint it to match the dash. Colour is Ducati Anniversary red and isn't too far off Cherry Red.
Bit of overspray...
