I just had some camperglass windows replaced as the first ones were slightly damaged on delivery and they have told me to dispose of them.
Both have one small chip on the edge.

spoke to camper glass to see if i could change my rear quarter panel glass for a black out/fake unit as i have a white van
they messaged me to say i can apply primer to the back side of glass and this will then act like a fake panel and save me returning/swapping

I was looking at options for when we take the Kombi to a wedding soon so we can make it look less like a commercial vehicle and more like a family vehicle.
Also would be handy for camp sites that frown on commercial vehicles too

I'm going to fit dummy windows but unsure whether to leave a gap in the sealant or drill a hole in the panel to prevent condensation.
Any advice would be welcome.
