heated washer jets

Hello all. First. English is not my native language. So I hope you understand me. I have a question. It has been cold here in Holland the last few days. The windshield washers were frozen. If all is well, the nozzles should be heated. Does anyone know how I can check that?

so just got a bonus win on this. I was going to look into ordering the parts for this as I didn’t think mine had them. However my friend at VW has checked and the van has them. They only come on with the heated screen though?? Must remember to leave it on for longer to de-ice them in future...
