1 Chrome Or 2 Chrome?

Hopefully an easy question or so I thought as I asked 4 people in the VW dealers who couldn’t tell me - what is the difference between one and two chrome strips on the grille?

Two/three is caravelle/shuttle

https://www.plastidip.co.uk works for a short term trial. @Bryan1971 and @Fish dropped this in another post. I did my grille badge, looks good but will peel off. means that you can try it out then decide what to do for a more permanent solution.
