Hello looking for advice on wheel offset as I'm not clued up on this subject even though I've looked through this forum. I've seen wheels I like which are 18" 9j wide with 30mm offset, they offer tyres of 255/45.
Will these stick out past arch?
Also carry fair bit of weight being a works van ( t30 lwb kombi)
Had a go on will they fit as suggested on other threads, over 50mm more poke than my Clayton alloys if I have entered info correctly? Went to measure off side of wheel and 50mm is past the arch! Even more confusing now when people say they have 50mm offset with 20mm spacers and wheel fits fine !! This wheel malarkey is a minefield, any wheel experts can confirm 9j wheel with 30 offset is no good?
