2 piece bumper retro-fit.

Hi all,

I've been scratching my head over this for a while now.
I'm replacing a Startline bumper with a 2-part bumper - a separate upper grille bit.

I have all the inserts, including the foglight inserts which came with the foglights; ordered from one of the big UK shops (I forget which one, but probably Travelin-Lite). Obviously, the fog-light insert isn't clicked in, but it has been at various stages of trying to work this out.

There's just not enough meat on the inside - there's nothing to screw/bolt the foglights to.

Could it be that I'm missing no.23 in the diagram? It's listed as a 'guide profile' part no. 7E0807178A.
I know it's a diagram of a Startline bumper.

Yes thats correct theres a whole piece missing that goes top to bottom of the bumper
