Hi all,

I'm selling a set of four 20" diamond-cut alloys that came with my 2016 T6 T32 when I bought it five months ago. I'm including a set of 275/40R20 106V XL Powetrac city racing tyres which have a good amount of wear still left on them. I've only done 3000 miles on it since purchase.

The wheels are 20x8.5 and are rated to 1100kg.

There are a couple of scratches at the edge of the rims where I've touched some speed restrictors, I tried to take photos of them but they haven't come out in the photos so well, they're very slight.

Looking for £600 £450 - I'm based in South East London. Drop me a private message if you want to find out more.

General look of the van with the wheels on them (van is fitted with 40mm lowering coils):

I might be interested....

Could you get some photos of looking straight down the side of the van from front and back so I can get an idea of side profile?

Any fouling on full lock or over bumps at all with that setup?

Do you know what make/model these are? I'd like to check the load rating.

Cheers!

Hi all,

The wheels were due to be taken off as part of a job to replace the lowered suspension back to OEM yesterday, but Wolfrace ended up sending me wheels that were meant for another customer, so they didn't fit the T6. Wolfrace are now sending me replacement wheels and I'm looking at getting them swapped out on Monday, so there'll be a bit of a delay on the availability of the 20" alloys I'm afraid.

I have taken some side profile shots (the suspension is no longer lowered, back to OEM). I haven't noticed any fouling on full lock or on bumps, but the suspension has so far been pretty hard due to the rim size and 40mm lowering.

I don't know what make/model these alloys are, but I did manage to get a mirror behind the spokes of the wheel and found that they are 20x8.5 in size, and are rated for 1100kg.

Wow, if you lived in France, I would buy them in the minute

:(:(:(

Don't you have planned to come buy a baguette in our beautiful country, soon?:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I'm sadly going the opposite direction next week, heading to South Wales for the whole of March, so there won't be any availability for pick up after the 1st March and before 1st April.

For those waiting for a couple of photos once they're off, Wolfrace have had delays on their end and I have just received the new wheels today, so getting them swapped out at my local VW dealer tomorrow. Should have more photos in the next day or two.

I'd certainly prefer collection, it's going to cost a small fortune shipping it to France, and after having watched the way the TNT (delivery company) guy picked up the previous set of Wolfrace wheels, I wouldn't have much confidence that they would arrive intact :(

The wheels are finally off, and are available for pickup from Sidcup in South East London until the 1st March. I'm away for the whole of March, so will not be available to hand these over during that period.

I've taken a couple more shots of the wheels to illustrate the marks around the edge of the rims - these are fairly minor on a couple of the wheels.

I published an ad on a parcel transport site between individuals (similar to carpooling but for objects).

if I have a solution, I'll come back to you

I've had a closer inspection of the alloys this morning, and I've found more scratches than I first thought. They're quite difficult to spot unless you look up close from a certain angle, which is why I haven't seen these before. I don't think these were done by myself, they're likely to have been there since I bought the van in October, but I would stress that it's difficult to see without getting a close up.

I appreciate some people will be totally put off buying alloys with some scratches on them, so I'm reducing the price to £450.

Now reduced to £350. 26/March/2019

Hi

Very interested in these. But I’m in the midlands. Are you available daytime for collection?

Cheers

I'm back in London this coming Sunday, I'm dropping the price down to £350 in a bid to get rid of them, if there are no serious takers by next week I'll be putting them up on ebay as I need to clear some space in the garage.

(I don't seem to be able to edit my original posting anymore, so I can't update the price there)

I don't think they are scratches, it looks like water is getting under the laquer on the polished bits... Not that that matters, thats a cheap set of wheels & tyres

If you were headed towards the west country anytime soon I would have these off you in a flash! And could drop them off
