T6 LWB 2016 66 plate 2.0 tdi 150 - 6 speed manual - 32000 miles only - euro 6 - T30
Kept in a garage other than trips away and never used as a daily driver.
Registered as a Motorhome on the V5
Full custom 4 berth camper conversion from a panel van. Ready to go and kitted out for all season use.
Highline - MFSW - PDC - Heated Screen - Cruise
LWB
Tailgate
Aircon
All 3 original keys
Starlight blue paintwork in excellent condition throughout.
We looked for a long time for this van with the right spec and low mileage. It was bought from VW with less than 15k miles at a year old ourselves being the second owner.
Then the plan was to build a van that didn’t immediately strike as a camper for a subtle look.
Full build thread on the Forum can be found - Here
Highlights of the conversion include:
Full custom camper interior built from scratch using lightweight plywood. Professionally painted in classic T1 VW Pigeon blue. Months of work went into building the van as well as it being refined along the way. All Blum softclose hardware, with oiled birch finish on all internal surfaces.
Veemann VFS39 gunmetal 20” wheels - staggered 10.5 back 8.5 front (perfect, no marks.) Falken FK510 tyres with plenty of life.
Bilstein B14 coil overs with machined front top mounts. The van is low but not wound right down meaning it’s comfy considering its stance and enough clearance to be usable.
Electrical
2 x 100ah AGM Yuasa leisure batteries (renewed last year)
Stereo all supplied by Absolute Audio including:
Water
Services all built into the unit
Misc
As a family we own and have owned lots of VW/VAG cars and really take pride in them. This van always gets people asking questions wherever we go. It really does the works well and looks the part.
Price is: £39500
It took a fair amount more money/time to build than that, anyone will know who has had a go.
We loved building and using the van over the last few years. It will be very sad to see it go but it seems the right time for a change and maybe another project.
The van is due an MOT in Novemeber but happy to put a 12month ticket on it for a new owner.
Any questions or more pictures just let me know.
