2016 T6 Heated rear screen

Hi all
I have an issue with the rear screen on my T6. The lower half of the window clears ok but the upper half doesn't. Are the two side connections +12v and ground or are they both 12v (one upper and one lower and they get their ground from the window frame? - hope that games sense!

I screen has +12v and Ground only. If one half lights up and one 1/2 doesn't, it's a break in the window track. I think you can get repair liquid for them but a new screen is probably the answer.
