2018 Danbury converted camper van water tank

Can you fully drain the behind drivers seat water tank there appears to be a blue pipe coming out at the bottom of the tank but I can see where it goes ? Any help please

What model are you running?
The blue pipe on my Trail goes to the tap.

Having dug a little further it appears that the lower pipe goes to the tap and the higher pipe goes to the filler connection as probably a breather so maybe no drain. I can’t remove the fridge which is next to the tank for further investigation.
