Electrics
The van is powered by an expensive Clayton Power LPSII 1500 unit which is accompanied by the handy remote control and the alternator charging kit. Ideal if you’re like me and like to stay off grid rather than on busy sites! The unit can also be hooked up to an onsite EHU via the external EHU point if you do want to go on sites.
There is a Renogy 200w solar panel mounted on the roof which is wired to the Clayton unit to keep it topped up on those days where we are blessed with sun.

Condition
Its no pavement princess or show queen, this van has been used. There are bits of bodywork that aren't the best which I have photographed but this is reflected in the price. If the bodywork was mint, I'd be charging more. If you want a piece of campervan life but don't have the huge budget, its ideal. BUT don’t get me wrong, if you stand back to admire the van, you cant see the paintwork defects as you will probably appreciate in the pictures.
Any videos/pics can be provided over WhatsApp.

Will come with the private plate or can remove and put it on its original MJ67

Located in Braintree but can offer Manchester as a collection location too.

Love the look of this van and what you’ve done. If I was in the market for one it would be right up my street!
Look forward to seeing your crafter and hope you find a buyer soon, GLWTS.

Can't believe this van hasn't gone for this price yet!
It must be one of the best value for money on the market but I also understand its a bad time of the year to sell. It certainly wont be going any lower than £25k

This is a great deal. I hope you get what you want for it.
I would have loved a 4motion but after spending upwards of twelve grand so far, fixing up my RAC van, there's no going back!

I'm an off-road camper myself, and I'll rely on a turf winch if I get stuck.

What spare wheel mount did you use? I've got the same ladder, so I can't adapt a bike rack. I'm unsure how much (if any) damage to the tailgate hinges a setup like this would cause - and if the skin is strong enough to hold it over time (and bumps).
And how upgraded did your struts need to be?

I wont be taking any bloody less than the advertised price ha ha!

Its a Uberbus Components carrier. Really well made, bit of a sod to fit as access to the bolts/nuts in the tailgate requires childs hands lol. It all seems very solid and I have upgraded the gas struts. Hinges will be fine.
Struts are the THQ ones at £30 or so. The UberBus ones are stronger but also many many pounds!

Looks like it has a poptop but I can't see mention of it?
Might be worth popping it up for a photo?
Yeah I know mate, its been on my list to do ha ha

I'll get more pics this weekend as there's a couple of changes being done on it which will make it more saleable. Already had these booked in before I bought the Crafter so didnt want to cancel the booking with the lovely guys at @AJCConversions

Thanks, I'll look them up.
I can see the majority of the weight is pushing down on the top lip very close to the hinges - which is a good thing!

To be honest, the weight is nothing drastic. The carrier and ladder isnt too heavy and then the spare wheel, its not exactly light but id be surprised if the hinges couldnt handle it. Getting that spare wheel on there, on my own was a bloody challenge though ha ha
