Now Sold,

Hi, I’m looking to sell my T6 Kombi if anyone on the forum is interested? It’s absolutely immaculate inside and out, runs and drives perfectly. Just about to hit 72,000 miles. Mot to July 2025. Although it’s a T32, being a factory built Kombi it is still a class 4 mot, same as a car. FSH and I’ll get the oil and filter changed this week. It has air conditioning and electric windows etc. It also has an independent rear heating system. I’ve just fitted a brand new set of genuine VW Alloy wheels and tyres. I’m looking for £22,500 (No VAT) And there’s no outstanding finance. I’m based in Havant, Hampshire. Thanks for looking. Now Sold

I’ve had the oil and filter service done today by a local garage with VW parts. The garage gave me a printout of the health check of the van too. (26/09/24)

This is the last price drop I can afford to do. I can’t understand why it hasn’t sold. Would it be worth me colour coding the bumpers? Any advice on making this more desirable would be well appreciated, thanks guys

I don't think colour coding is going to help, you're just spending money and not adding any real value.

The truth is, the market is full of over priced vans. Covid sent the market crazy, drove prices up, now people still think they're worth fortunes, the fact it's not sold says different.

Look on ebay at sold prices, don't compare to advertised prices as they mean nothing.

Put the details in webuyanycar/motorway/carwow and expect to be disappointed.

It will fetch more than any of those offer but realistically, I'd not expect much more for a private sale.

That leaves me to say, if you can't afford to sell, you're just going to have to keep it.

Just recently I sold my LWB Kombi , I got 2k above the We buy any car offer . I sold on Auto trader . It’s heartbreaking selling your pride & joy atm , as above. prices are not what they were and you may need to take a hit if it’s got to go !

Yeah there’s nothing wrong with your van. It’s really nice van too maybe with the amount for sale as the other guys have said. I was offered 2 vans last week 1 was a white 14 plate lwb twin sliding doors A/C with 19,000 miles I think it was £13,000 no vat and a swb 06 plate 8 seater silver immaculate inside and out. 21,000 miles from new which I was offered it for £12,000 but I,m happy with what I have just now. I don’t think much is moving around to much. I do hope you get it sold as it’s a nice looking van.

It's just down to price. Any punter will do their due diligence with WBAV and others.....sadly you've got a way to go southwards yet
