20inch 9.5J 275/40/20 on rear 255/40/20 on front?

As per the above I have 20inch 9.5J wheels all round. They came with cheap 275/40 tyres all round and since lowering 50mm the offside front scrapes the liner (I think) on compression over speed bumps every time.

Was planning to switch to 255/40 all round for better feel and less noise and less dirt down the sides but a blowout and heavy wear whilst away touring last year led me to have to replace both rears with Uniroyal rain sport 5s in 275/40 again as that’s all they could get hold of for an immediate replacement where we were staying.

So the fronts now need replacing. Would it be ok to go to 255/40 on the fronts and leave the 275/40s on the rear until they wear enough to replace with matching 255s?

I can see the circumference will be different on fronts (2236.8) and (2286) rear with speedo outage -5.7% and -7.57% respectively.

Is this differential enough to throw out the ABS/EPS? I don’t want the drama of new warning lights!
