20inch Space saver

So I'm looking in to options for a back up while towing a caravan, obviously Id hope to never use it but its better to be prepared.
Im Currently running 20inch navis wheels on a 4 motion van on air and was thinking Range Rover do a 20Inch space saver wheel that I can put under the caravan in case of emergencies to get me out of trouble. Has any one used these before and can I change the tyre size on these to match the Navis circumference if that makes sense.

Unless you are using huge brakes, the spare/space-saver doesn't need to be 20", it just has to match the rolling radius. To be honest, I doubt if a space-saver is a sensible idea if you are towing as they have significantly narrower tread and are most likely to lack in grip and load capacity.
I'd carry a compressor and puncture repair kit and make sure you have breakdown insurance.
