For a 5.1 yes. IF no-one can provide part numbers a good idea, go to ebay and find 5.1 vans, basic ones you want. Check photos then use reg to get a quote from VW or if you've a contact with TPS then go via them. NJ13 MTZ will give you handleless drivers side AND passenger side.
It is what I did for my 6.1 when I did a handle delete on drivers side.
Or try the various T5 breaker firms as most people want to ADD handles.
