ABT Bumper

I want to remover the ABT bumper to get to the headlights. I know where the bolts are under the bumper and in the wheel arch. Any suggestions on how to pull the bumper off without damaging it.

Won't make any difference whether it's an ABT bumper or not. The ABT bit is just the skirt/spoiler and the mouldings around the edge above the foglights and vents.
Just be very careful and make sure you've removed all the bolts before you start pulling at it. Try and get some help
