Ace Remap Shrewsbury

Hi, Just wandering if anyone has used Ace Remap based in Shrewsbury for a DSG remap, after speaking to them they don’t use the TVS software but write their own.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as my DSG box has started to jump/jerk when putting your foot down to overtake.
Or any recommendations near Shrewsbury, Midlands area.

Shouldn't you be looking to get your gearbox in full working order before getting it remapped?

I had my Tiguan done there. Made a great job of it. Engine and DSG remap.

After reading other posts the remap is supposed to address these issues as it seems to be a common problem with the DSG box??

I think @Bav was referring to

Thinking it could be a new issue?
