I saw the title of this & my brain saw “Airfry power station” I thought “whatever next”

I'd never heard of them, but the Amazonian reviews (if to be believed) look favourable.

All the online videos are from youtubers who were given one so struggling to find real world owners. Gadget John said it was the best power station he'd had, until the following week when he said another brand was the best he'd ever had :D

Reminds me of washing powder adverts.
This weeks “Ultimate” is next week’s “new & improved formula”

They do at least have a UK domain website and seem to list the battery tech as LiFePo (I wouldn't buy anything else at this point)

The display and sockets look very similar to those on the Bluetti range.

Unless the saving is substantial I'd be tempted to stay with the brands folks have used - as you say I don't trust a review unless people have paid for it themselves.

£360 cheaper than equivalent bluetti.

Just to be clear, they dont have a UK domain. They have an international domain with the letters 'UK' as the subdomain to ingratiate themselves with us. This is very much a Chinese company flogging their wares all over the world. there contact details come up as a shared building that has hundreds of companies running out of it.

some geeky stuff if interested -
whois

Good point there, missed that it wasn't a full domain while having coffee.

As others have found one of the issues with warranty is that very few couriers are willing to pick up known potentially faulty lithium packs from the likes of you and me, even if they have a physical UK presence. The tends to make me wary of relying on it and I'd rather pick something better known for being right first time.

Obviously to allay any fears out there, the (100% reliable) Amazon reviews have quite a few instances of the powerpacks being swapped easily by courier companies having failed in various ways.

Good luck with your Bluetti, I decided to try out the Aferiy myself, be interesting to see how we both go over the next few months
Cool. The Aferiy looks brilliant, does everything I want but the lack of real world user reviews put me off.

Sorry to bump an old thread.

I don't own a transporter but I have an Aferiy in my work/camper van (Ford Transit)

I have an AFERIY 2001A (first edition) it's very good! It powered my dual Ninja Airfryer, fridge, full bean to cup coffee machine, and microwave with no issues.
I've also put solar on the roof and charges well from that. I'm about to put a DC to DC charger in for the longer trips or winter when there's not much sun.

The main issue that really bugs me is there's no app connectivity so no way of monitoring the system or turning it on and off. Another one is if you've got the solar plugged in all the time (i.e. overnight) and in the morning there are not enough watts coming from the panels (I think above 40 watts) it will click and run the fans like it's about to turn on but doesn't. You then have to manually turn it on or leave it click until enough watts come through.
This could be overcome by using a remote switch to the front of the cab or a wireless switch but I haven't installed one yet. I'm planning on installing the DC to DC charger with switches for the solar and van battery so that should help with the 'clicking'.

Other than that it has been a really good power station and customer service has been really helpful with any questions.
