AG Polar Blast - mains water or power washer?

Hi All
Does anyone know if the AG Polar Blast/Snow Foam needs a pressure washer, or works as well with mains water supply?
I see Costco have the following just now and wondered if it would work?

Try it, if it is OK with a hose all good. If not get a pressure washer.
If you can afford to buy a professional pressure washer I would advise it, the domestic stuff is garbage designed for short life and repeat purchases.
