AS you may be aware I have had problems with either my leisure battery failing to hold charge (or a parasitic drain which so far I have been unable to locate).
After a phone call last week I had arranged to take my battery to Alpha Batterieson Sat morning as they wanted it removed off the van and given a full charge, which I did.
On arrival John did a quick voltage test which was ok and said he would do a full test under load on Monday morning. He then gave me a brand new battery to borrow and use whilst mine was being tested.
Considering I had not bought the battery from there I thought this was exceptional service.
