anybody know if you can set the t6 to self lock?

my dealer says that you cannot do this anymore,and I know I couldn't have it on my sportline,but I thought it was because the sportline started as a startline model.any ideas anyone or has anybody else asked for this option that you used to be able to do?

When you say self lock do you mean when driving? Through the Carista plug in/app (and undoubtedly with VCDS) you can set it to lock when driving and unlock when the keys are taken out.
Not heard of anything beyond this.

Yes you can enable it with VCDs or there is a app you can get to enable some extra functions called carista https://www.t6forum.com/threads/carista-app.1133/

Just be aware that the carista app doesn't work on all, it didn't on mine and was one of the main prions I wanted.

Carista app is the cheapest way to do it, if it works of course.

The lock on latches in over 5mph think they call it anti hijack had it on my Audi , nice little touch if it unlocks when keys removed

Yes I did mean when driving away at a set speed and unlocking when keys removed thogg! Maybe dealer can't be bothered

Dealers computers are not designed to perform these types of functions, although it can be done it's tricky for them
