Sweet. It's a nice spot to live, near the beach, south downs and Goodwood

I used to work there in the 90s it's a great area, we still go there as it's 45 mins from home. Bosham is a particular jewel amongst many.

Yea, Bosham is 10 mins from my house. Nice spot, great for paddle boarding.
